Michiana IT Services was started by Brad Parsons as a home-based business. Brad started with computers when he was three years of age.By seven years of age Brad was helping technology staff at his local school in Northern Indiana, troubleshoot and diagnosis computers in the school setting. From hands on experience and knowledge Brad has collected over the years he has became a valuable tool and asset to many businesses and people in the local community. Brad currently holds Microsoft and CompTIA industry leading certifications in technology. Brad on top of running Michiana IT Services, currently works for Crossing National, Inc. / Crossing Educational Center, where he is a Network Manager and Communication Specialist.
